Forecasting accuracy continues to be critical in the corporate drive to optimize liquidity, investments, and debt in an inflationary/high-rate environment.  Accurate positioning and forecasts are the foundation for all financial decisions and are still difficult to compile and produce with accuracy.

This presentation will focus on forecasting best practices, and challenges from both a Treasury and FP&A perspective. We will explore real world examples and discuss strategies you can employ to enhance your forecasting.
