Amid greater calls for equality, capital market issuers have been adding more MWVBEs (Minority, Women, or Veteran Business Enterprises) to their syndicate lineup. However, issuers often see this practice as simply a requirement, perhaps mandated by a regulator or board of directors, while others believe it is a good idea or the "right thing to do.”  Understanding the MWVBEs business can help issuers truly achieve diversity in the capital market.  In this presentation you will learn about MVWBEs capabilities, their financial strength and business plan as well as how issuers can use their services for mutual benefit.
